Q:How long can I expect to wait before I receive my order?

A: We ship all orders in 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Q:What do the conditions on free shipping mean? 

A;We offer free shipping on orders totaling seventy-five dollars or more to Canadian's who reside in provinces only. We offer this in economy shipping only and to carts that reach this minimum order before taxes. We will be working hard to decrease this minimum value and to offer free shipping outside Canada.

Q:Who pays duties and taxes when i order a product outside of Canada?

A:Our loyal non-Canadian fans are responsible for paying all duties and taxes applicable to their order.

Q: Will all of my order ship together?

A: We always do our best to ship multiple item orders together. We do however have a partner company located in the United States that fulfills some of our products. If an order has been placed that has one or more of our products that they fulfill, it will be shipped separately from other items in the order.
